Contemplated closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) to discuss and take action, if appropriate, regarding employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically:
a. Consider specific candidate(s) for designation to temporarily act as Chief of Police (if closed session is necessary)
b. Preliminary recommendation of the Fire Chief for promotion of the following candidates and report on personnel file reviews:
i. Firefighter Robert Luling to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
ii. Apparatus Engineer Derek Brown to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
iii. Firefighter Peter Friedericks to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
iv. Firefighter/Paramedic Laura Prom to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
v. Firefighter/Paramedic Jacob Kuehne to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
vi. Apparatus Engineer Robert O’Hagan to Lieutenant, effective 1/19/25
c. Preliminary recommendation of the Police Chief for promotion of the following candidates and report on personnel file reviews:
i. Police Officer Tyler Hess to Detective, effective 2/2/25
