DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 321 Russell Street from PD (Planned Development) District to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District to correct a zoning map error.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00703 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00703. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District.
Lot 7, Block 1, Hagan-Hiestand Replat of Lot 1 and Land Adjoining to Farwell's Addition to Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 4,718 square feet (0.108 acres)”
