DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance adopts and confirms the Labor Agreement between the City of Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin Municipal Employees Local 60, AFSCME, AFL-CIO from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2005, including those matters covered by the interest arbitration award of September 23, 2005.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

The Labor Agreement between the City of Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin Municipal Employees Local 60, AFSCME, AFL-CIO from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2005 is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects.
