Body

WHEREAS Amendment 1 of the Professional Services Agreement with EMA, Inc. provides for training of the Water Utility's senior management staff; and

WHEREAS EMA has suggested that this training await the selection of the new Water Utility General Manager, and

WHEREAS the Water Utility Board concurs with that recommendation;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with EMA, Inc.
