Contemplated closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) to discuss and take action, if appropriate, regarding employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically:
i. Consider Preliminary Recommendation of the Fire Chief for Promotion of the following candidates and report on personnel file reviews:
1. Chad Powell, Apparatus Engineer to Lieutenant, effective 1/7/24;
2. Samuel Cooke, Apparatus Engineer to Lieutenant, effective 1/7/24;
3. Matthew Boyle, Firefighter to Apparatus Engineer, effective 1/7/24;
4. Christopher Staveness Firefighter to Apparatus Engineer, effective 1/7/24;
5. Justin Fehrenbach, Firefighter to Apparatus Engineer, effective 1/7/24;
6. Trent Meicher, Firefighter to Apparatus Engineer, effective 1/7/24.
ii. Consider Preliminary Recommendation of Police Chief for Promotion of the following candidates and report on personnel file reviews:
1. Ashley Knapp, Detective, effective 2/4/24;
2. Alexa Graham, Detective, effective 2/4/24.
