Submitting the appointment of Matthew W. Tucker for confirmation of a five-year term as Building Inspection Division Director.
Body
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Matthew W. Tucker to the position of Building Inspection Division Director and has recommended to the Common Council that their appointment be confirmed; and,
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Matthew W. Tucker;
NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Matthew W. Tucker’s appointment to the position of Building Inspection Division Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s Office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Matthew W. Tucker.
