Body
WHEREAS, Holley Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Tall Pines Trail from Valley View Road to Ancient Oak Lane.
Old Orchard Trail from Tall Pines Trail to the east plat line.
Ancient Oak Lane from the east plat line to the west plat line.
Cedarberry Circle (looped street) from Ancient Oak Lane to Ancient Oak Lane (sidewalk on one side only).
Pine Hill Drive from Ancient Oak Lane to Winter Frost Place.
Lost Pine Trail from Winter Frost Place to the west plat line.
Winter Frost Place from Pine Hill Drive/Lost Pine Trail to the east plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2043 $34,235.92 useful of 40 years.
