Body

WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

-Hickory Ridge Drive from Raymond Road to Oak View Drive.

-Oak View Drive from Hickory Ridge Drive to Raymond Road.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2121 $114,958.60 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 28, 2008.
