DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 279 Junction Road from PD (Planned Development) District to SE (Suburban Employment) District to facilitate conversion of former restaurant into financial institution (credit union).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00827 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00827. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SE (Suburban Employment) District.
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 8664, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 1.97 acres (85,626 square feet).”
