Change Order Authorization for Bartillon Shelter work for up to $75,000.00. (District 12)

This change order would be for epoxy coating 2nd floor shower and bathroom concrete flooring for waterproofing. After the shelter opened on 9/1 it was determined that water is getting onto and into concrete flooring adjacent to shower stalls causing leaks to the first floor. This work would fully waterproof the adjacent concrete flooring to eliminate this issue. We would like to start this work as soon as possible to limit further water damage to the facility and to keep all showers functional. ROM is up to $75,000 but estimate range is $50,000-$75,000. Final dollar value will be shared with BPW at a future meeting.
