DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: The subject property is developed with a longstanding commercial building that has been used in the past as a dance school, and is currently used for graphic design and financial offices. This map correction will provide the property conforming zoning. No development is currently proposed.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00042 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00042. The following described property is hereby omitted from the DR1 (Downtown Residential 1) District and added to the UOR (Urban Office Residential) District:
Original Plat, Block 109, NE 34 feet 5 inches of Lot 2. Said parcel contains 2,270 square feet (0.05 acres)."
