RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation irksomenesss in Fairhaven C.S.M., which have been completed, be and are hereby approved and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500 toexpiree not earlier than April 24, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
