Accepting street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, constructed by private contract in Sauk Heights - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1990.
Body
WHEREAS, Weber Development LTD has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Fargo Trail from the south line of Lot 102 to the north line of Lot 60 (existing street)
Eagle Nest Lane from the north line of Lot 69 (existing street) to the east plat line.
Lost Meadow Road from Little Bear Circle to the east plat line.
Little Bear Circle from Little Bear Drive/Lost Meadow Road to the end of the cul-de-sac
Madison Standard Concrete Sidewalk (6-feet wide) in the public walk easement between Lots 73,74, 85, and 86 running from Eagle Nest Lane to Lost Meadow Road.
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B1990 $270,312.52 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on November 1, 2004.
