RESOLVED that Water Main Installation improvements in Cardinal Glenn - Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than December 5, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
