Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in  Southern Ridge, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,500.00 to expire not earlier than May 2, 1007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
