WHEREAS, Don Simon Homes, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements, including sidewalk:
- Hazelcrest Drive from the west line of Lot 128 (existing street) to the east line of Lot 27 (existing street)
- Vernon Road from Hazelcrest Drive to the south plat line (including a type A bituminous transition to the existing roadway).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1851 $7,625.00 useful of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty shall have commenced December 15, 2004.
