Resolved, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Reston Heights Phase I which have been completed, be and are hereby approve, and the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000.00 to expire not earlier than August 10, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
