Resolved that water main installation improvements in The Meadowlands - Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than February 21, 2007, to ensure performanace of the one-year guaranty period.
