Accepting street improvements constructed by private contract in Prairie Point Phase 2B, Private Contract No. 2023. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Attic Angel Prairie Point, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements including sidewalk:
Blackwolf Drive from the south line of Lot 12 (existing street) to the southeast line of Lot 19 (existing street)
Shawn Trail from Blackwolf Drive to the north plat line.
Madison Standard Concrete Sidewalk:
Pleasant View Road (east side) from the existing sidewalk northerly to the north plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2023 $202,334.94 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on April 4, 2006.
