Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a release of part of a platted public utility easement reserved within lots constituting the Jon Lancaster property located at 5314 High Crossing Boulevard and 3401/3501 Lancaster Drive. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Jon Lancaster, the owner of the property located at 5314 High Crossing Boulevard and 3401/3501 Lancaster Drive, has requested the release of a portion of a platted public utility easement reserved across said property; and
WHEREAS, City Engineering staff has reviewed and recommends the release of such easement, contingent upon receipt of easement releases from all public utility companies having an interest in such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release of Public Utility Easement for land described as follows:
Area A.
Part of Lots 18, 19 and 20, East Towne Burke Plat, recorded in Volume 55 of Plats, Pages 47-49, Dane County Registry, located in the SW1/4, SE1/4 and NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 22, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 18; thence S41°43'30"W, 132.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S48?16'30"E, 17.00 feet; thence S41?43'30"W, 67.00 feet; thence S48?16'30"E, 210.12 feet; thence S41?39'08"W, 12.00 feet; thence N48?16'30"W, 210.14 feet; thence S41?43'30"W,354.32 feet; thence N48?16'30"W, 24.00 feet; thence N41?43'30"E, 433.32 feet; thence S48?16'30"E, 7.00 feet to the point of beginning.
