Body

WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Bluff Point Drive from the west line of Lot 184 (existing street) to Stockbridge Drive.

Stockbridge Drive from Bluff Point Drive to the southwest line of Lot 174 (existing street).

Highcliff Trail from Bluff Point Drive to the south plat line.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1906 $13,777.93 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on January 4, 2006.
