Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in Fourth Addition to World Dairy Center - Phases 1A and 1B, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than July 11, 2007 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
