Assessing Benefits Old Middleton Road and Craig Avenue Resurfacing Assessment District - 2021 Revised (District 11, District 19)
Body
WHEREAS, the construction of improvement(s) on Old Middleton Road and Craig Avenue Resurfacing Assessment District - 2021 has been completed; and
WHEREAS, the benefits associated with these improvements were initially assessed under File 84861, RES-24-00536; and
WHEREAS, the assessments for parcels within the Highlands Abbey Condominium (notation parcel 0709-192-0098-4) and parcels within the Highland Woods Condominium (notation parcel 0709-192-0099-2) were updated to reflect corrected amounts; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the abutting property is to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revised sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
