Fiscal Note

This employment agreement establishes an annual initial year's salary of $99,477, which is included in the Library's Operating Budget.  Annual salary adjustments may be made during the term of the agreement at the Mayor's discretion, subject to Common Council approval.

Title

Submitting the name of Barbara Dimick for confirmation of a five-year term as Library Director.

Body

Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed Barbara Dimick to the position of Library Director and has recommended to the Common Council that her re-appointment be confirmed; and

Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Dimick;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Ms. Dimick's re-appointment to the position of Library Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Dimick.
