DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones two single-family detached dwellings located at 1815 and 1819 Summit Avenue from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_5_1”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00771 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00771. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_5_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
