Fiscal Note

The contract provides for an annualized salary of $126,603.62, effective May 17, 2010. The Traffic Engineering 2010 Adopted Operating Budget includes salary funding of $125,595. The difference will be accommodated in the Traffic Engineering total budget for salary compensation.

Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed David C. Dryer to the position of City Traffic Engineer and Parking Manager and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer,

NOW, THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Dryer's appointment to the position of City Traffic Engineer and Parking Manager is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer.
