RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 3, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and the the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than January 24, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
