Resolved that Water Main Installation improvements in Crosswinds at Hawks Landing - Phase III, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than May 2, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
