Body

WHEREAS, 33 East Main, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on E. Main Street and South Pinckney Street adjacent to the 29-33 East Main Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 7, 2006. 

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2009 $125,051.00 useful life of 40 years.
