PRIVATE CONTRACT, NO CITY FUNDS REQUIRED

Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 2132 Atwood Avenue PUD, Private Contract No. 1942.

Body

WHEREAS, 280 Division Joint Venture, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Atwood Avenue and Division Street adjacent to the  PUD located at 2132 Atwood Avenue. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on October 7, 2004. 

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1942  $16,854.20 useful life of 40 years.
