This Employment Agreement establishes an annual initial year's salary of $139,392 beginning August 1, 2010. The Comptroller's Office 2010 Operating Budget includes sufficient funding for this position.

Submitting the name of Dean C. Brasser for confirmation of a five-year term as City Comptroller.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed Dean C. Brasser to the position of City Comptroller and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Brasser;
Now, therefore, be resolved that Mr. Brasser's appointment to the position of City Comptroller hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Brasser.
