DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This draft eliminates the Senior Center Board, transfers its functions to the Committee on Aging, formerly known as the Senior Citizens Advisory Committee, and expands the powers and duties of the Committee.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Section 33.14 entitled “Senior Center Board” of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby repealed.
2. Subsection (8) entitled “Senior Citizens Advisory Committee” of Section 33.16 entitled “Community Services Committee” of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby repealed, recreated and renumbered to Section 33.14 and reads as follows:
