This Ordinance (in conjunction with several others) makes permanent the metered parking on the Capital Square, following the 180-day trial period. All costs and revenues are recognized in the Parking Utility operating budget.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance revises Two Hour Parking on Mifflin Street.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Subsection (96) of Section 12.137 entitled "Two Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M." of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(96) On both sides of Mifflin Street from Webster Butler Street to Blair Street."
2. Subsection (97) of Section 12.137 entitled "Two Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M." of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(97) On the south side of Mifflin Street from Henry Street to Broom Street, on the north side from Wisconsin Avenue to Carroll Street and on both sides from Webster Street to Butler Street." ...
