WHEREAS, Wash Haus Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 408 E Washington Avenue - The Continental.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to 408 E Washington Avenue - The Continental are hereby accepted.
