WHEREAS, TR McKenzie, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
-Hawks Ridge Drive from Mid Town Road to the Ashworth Drive.
-Ashworth Drive from Hawks Ridge Drive to west plat line.
-Silverstone Lane from the west plat line to the east plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2087 $473,364.07 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 3, 2008.
