The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3055. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3055. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temporary A Agriculture and added to the M1 Limited Manufacturing District:
A parcel of land located in the East ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin lying Southwesterly of Interstate Highways "90 & 94" and being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the South ¼ corner of said Section 9 and the point of beginning of this description; thence N0°38'58"E, along the East line of the East ½ of the SW ¼ of said Section 9, 1022.33 feet to the Southwesterly r/w line of Interstate Highways "90 & 94"; thence N26°42'01"W, along said Southwesterly r/w line 1029.39 feet; thence N32°24'39"W, along said Southwesterly r/w line, 301.50 feet; thence N26°42'01"W, along said Southwesterly r/w, 514.89 feet to the north line of the East ½ of the SW ¼ of said Section 9 and the centerline of Anderson Road; thence N89°57'38"W, along said North line and centerline, 451.27 feet; thence S0°32'04"W, along the West line of the East ½ of the SW ¼ of said Section 9, 2668.91 feet to the South line of the SW ¼ of said Section 9 and the centerline of Hoepker Road; thence N89°28'34"E, along the said South line and centerline, 1320.11 feet to the south ¼ corner of said Section 9 and the point of beginning. Contains 2,815,030 sq. ft. or 64.62 acres."
