Informational Presentation on Newville (Kenneth) Park Development Plan

Newville (Kenneth) Park is a small 0.32 park on the south side of the City. The park was acquired by the City in 1981. Current park amenities include paved paths, benches, and a game table which are all in poor condition. Madison Parks began public engagement in July 2025 by hosting a public information meeting at the park and meeting with the area Neighborhood Resource Team.
Parks staff will present the draft Park Development Plan for informational review by the Board, with consideration for adoption to be made in a future meeting.
