Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Grandview Commons Phase 11, Private Contract No. 1972.

Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Grandview Commons Phase 11.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Traveler Lane from the west line of Lot 246 (existing street) to the east plat line (existing street); sidewalk on both sides

•                     Callisto Drive (SB) from Traveler Lane to the south line of Lot 260 (existing street); sidewalk on the west side only

•                     Callisto Drive (NB) from Traveler Lane to the south line of Lot 267 (existing street); sidewalk on the east side only

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1972 by $20,043.53 for a useful life of 40 years.
