Title

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in First Addition to 1000 Oaks Phase 9 - Surface Paving, Private Contract No. 8945 (District 9).

Body

WHEREAS, VH 1000 Oaks, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  First Addition to 1000 Oaks.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Tawny Acorn Drive Upper from Tawny Acorn Drive to Tawny Acorn Drive.

•                     Tawny Acorn Drive from Tawny Acorn Drive to Tawny Acorn Drive.

•                     South Point Road from N Line of Lot 228 to Tawny Acorn Drive.

•                     South Point Road from Tawny Acorn Drive to S Line of Outlot 1.

•                     Quaking Aspen Road from 123’ S of Tawny Acorn Drive to Tawny Acorn Drive.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13339 by $25,547.20 for a useful life of 40 years.
