WHEREAS, Savanna On The Park, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Fairhaven Road - Maple Grove Drive to the north line of Certified Survey Map No. 10769.
Maple Grove Road Sidewalk - Adjacent to Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 10769.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1901 $107,260.30 useful life of 40-years.
