Accepting curb and gutter, drive apron and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for 4841 Annamark Drive (Texas Roadhouse) PUD, Private Contract No. 2086.  (17th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Texas Roadhouse Holdings, LLC of Louisville, Kentucky, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Annamark Drive adjacent to the 4841 Annamark Drive (Texas Roadhouse) PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on April 17, 2007.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2086 $5,000.00 useful life of 40 years.
