Body

WHEREAS, LRG, LLC of Glenview, Illinois, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalk be and are hereby accepted:

Sidewalk frontage for 6624 Seybold Road.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1993 $9,149.25 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the 2-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on December 7, 2005.
