Act on final recommendation of Acting Police Chief for the appointment of the following individuals:
a) Andrew Naylor, Detective, effective 1/13/2020,
b) Kristin Henderson, Detective, effective 1/13/2020,
c) Christopher Masterson, Detective, effective 1/13/2020, and
d) Kyle Hoppman, Police Officer, effective 01/10/2020
