DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones four (4) two-family two-unit dwellings located at 1201, 1205, and 1209 Mound Street and 208 S Charter Street from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_13_1”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00790 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00790. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_13_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
