WHEREAS, VH Birchwood South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of parkland improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for the Western Addition to 1000 Oaks subdivision (Old Timber Park) located at 10305 Hazy Sky Parkway and within Aldermanic District 1.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said parkland improvements, including grading, restoration, and protection be and are hereby accepted.
