Eliminate the allocation of $40,000 for the "Transit for Jobs" program from the Emerging Neighborhoods funding and instead increase funding in the Office of Community Services by $40,000 to support the "Transit for Jobs" program. Total funding for Emerging Neighborhoods will remain at $125,000, with $85,000 to be allocated by the workgroup.
