RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Eighth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500 to expire not earlier than April 28, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
