Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map of property owned by Pellett Development, LLC and 1000 Oaks Land, LLC located at 702 South Point Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the certified survey, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified Survey Map.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that execution of a land use restriction agreement and any other documents related to the approved Inclusionary Dwelling Unit Plan for the approved "1000 Oaks" subdivision may be required prior to recording of this Certified Survey.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a final plat of both lots created by this Certified Survey is required prior to development of those lots.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this Certified Survey or required as a condition of approval of this Certified Survey be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
