RESOLVED that Water Main Installation improvements in Troy Drive C.S.M., which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000 to expire not earlier than November 20, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
