At their November 19, 2025 meeting, The Parks Long Range Planning Subcommittee approved “POSP Implementation, Reporting, and Lessons Learned” as part of the 2026 work plan (Legistar 90880). Staff have prepared a project charter to identify goals, roles, and responsibilities for the work. Members will have an opportunity to discuss the project charter and determine next steps.
